So where’s the ODAD?

Sorry, folks. I’m having trouble finding the cord that connects our camera to the computer. I’ll resume normal posting as soon as I find it. Hopefully tomorrow.

UPDATE: I just realized that there are a few slightly *um* nude drawings present in this link. Nothing really explicit but I thought I’d throw up the warning. Parents please review first! Sorry about that.

What’s wrong/right with this picture?

Carl Barks is one of my favorite artists and storytellers. See how two different cartoonists adapted some of his rough sketches. One is better than the other. Can you tell which and more importantly why?

ODAD Fail!

So yeah, I missed last night. Here’s how it went down.

1. 7:30 AM: I am awakened by a phone call telling me that a client’s site is not working.
2. Scramble like a hamster high on espresso.
3. 7:30 PM: Get a text message that another site is not working.
4. Fix, code, test. Fix. Fix. Fix.
5. 2:00 AM: Fall into bed. Realize that I forgot the ODAD.
6. Cry bitter tears into my pillow.

Today we should be back on schedule. Hopefully with a guest artist?
