A sketch for something a bit more than a “daily drawing”. I’m gonna try to see this one to completion. “The Hardy Boys: Beyond The Mountains Of Madness”.
Plot summary:
Frank and Joe Hardy’s best schoolchum Chet Morton is missing and so is twenty thousand dollars in unmarked bills. The young sleuths refuse to believe that Chet has stolen the money and they’ve vowed to find him and the real crook before time runs out. But when the trail leads them to a hidden region in the Himalayas, an ancient book known as the Necronomicon, and traces of a vast prehistoric alien race, Frank and Joe begin to wonder if they’ve uncovered a mystery that is not only unsolvable but threatens the foundations of all human existence.

Haha, thanks, Roz. For some reason the idea of the Hardy Boys confronted with existential, gothic horror really cracks me up.
