Dunno if everyone is aware of this but I have a rather large family. Six youngish kids to be exact. One of the amazing part about being a dad is to observe how inherently creative kids are. I actually like their watercolor work better than my own.
Jane’s mind comes up with the most interesting images. She’ll doodle next to me in church and sometimes it’s hard to keep my mind on the sermons when I see what she’s coming up with. I wish I had her imagination.
Lily is really developing her own style. All her pictures tell a story. She’s also an excellent young cartoonist. She draws some hilarious parodies of Star Wars. I’m excited to see she develops her talents in the coming years.
Lucy’s drawings always make me happy. There’s so many bright, fun colors.
